As a hemp/herb related Emporium/Marketplace, Gaia Goods certifies the businesses on this site:
- Registered or licensed in accordance with all applicable state and or federal laws.
- Does not market and or sell hemp/herb products that make claims to prevent, diagnose, mitigate, treat or cure a disease.
- Does not possess, manufacture or sell synthetically derived THC products that are produced from non-cannabis materials. All products contain 0.3% THC or less.
- Adheres to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale transfer forwarding and shipping of hemp related products including THC isomers derived from hemp CBD (e.g. delta 8).
- Does not sell or ship smokable hemp products to a state where such is prohibited.
- Is in compliance with the Preventable All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) act amended on March 27th, 2021, and does not ship vaping products to consumers through USPS.
- Will cooperate with any bank inquiries and supply supporting documentation in a timely manner understands Gaia Goods is required to do our due diligence for each personal and or business entity.
