Shipping and Fullfillment Policy
Last Updated: February 15, 2026
This Shipping & Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered on the GaiaGoods marketplace (“Platform”), operated by Gaia Goods, Inc.
GaiaGoods is a multi‑vendor marketplace. Most products are shipped directly by independent sellers (“Vendors”). GaiaGoods facilitates the transaction but does not physically handle or ship vendor products unless explicitly stated.
1. Order Processing
- Vendors are responsible for packing and shipping their own products.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
- If a vendor cannot meet the stated timeline, they must notify the customer promptly through the Platform.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Vendors may choose reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or comparable services.
All shipments must include tracking information.
Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours after shipment via your order confirmation or account dashboard.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by: – carrier delays – weather conditions – holidays – incorrect shipping addresses – regional service disruptions
GaiaGoods is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
4. Packaging Standards
Vendors are expected to package items securely and professionally to prevent damage during transit. Many vendors use sustainable packaging consistent with GaiaGoods values, though materials may vary by seller.
5. International Orders
Currently, orders ship only to addresses within the United States unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing.
If international shipping is offered by a vendor: – customs processing times may vary – customers are responsible for duties and taxes unless stated otherwise
6. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a shipment is lost in transit, the vendor is responsible for contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.
Customers should contact the vendor first through the Platform. GaiaGoods may assist if resolution is not timely.
7. Marketplace Role
GaiaGoods provides the technology platform connecting customers and vendors. Except for GaiaGoods‑branded products, GaiaGoods is not the shipper or fulfillment provider and does not guarantee delivery times.
For questions about shipping, please contact the seller directly through your order page.
