Any attempt to add a GaiaGoods customer to a marketing list without verified consent constitutes a material violation of our policies and may result in immediate termination, permanent removal from the Platform, forfeiture of payouts, and potential legal action.
GaiaGoods requires vendors to comply with all applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations governing personal data.
6. Sharing of Information

We prohibit the use of Platform data for behavioral profiling, reselling user information, or creating shadow customer databases. Unauthorized data harvesting may result in account termination and legal enforcement.
