These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, the
dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association
in Portland, Oregon.
You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials to the extent permitted by law.
