Our Commitment

At Gaia Goods, we are committed to providing quality hemp-derived wellness products that

meet both our customers’ expectations and all applicable legal standards. If you are not fully

satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can address your concern promptly and

professionally.

Return Eligibility & Guidelines

Notify us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

 To qualify for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns on opened, used, or tampered items are not accepted due to product integrity
  • and safety standards.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship or accept returns from P.O. Boxes or jurisdictions where hemp-derived
  • products are restricted.
  • All return requests require proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice number).

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization

(RMA) number.

  1. Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  2. Ship the item(s) within the approved return window to the address provided by our

team.

  1. Refunds are issued once returned products are inspected and verified as compliant with

the conditions above.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect your shipment before signing with the carrier.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Contact Gaia Goods Support within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Do not accept visibly damaged shipments.We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within

5–10 business days.

Your card statement may display the transaction as GaiaGoods.org.

  • All Gaia Goods products are derived from hemp containing 0.3% THC or less, in
  • compliance with federal law.
  • We do not manufacture or sell synthetic THC products.
  • The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food

and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat,

cure, or prevent any disease.
