Welcome to Gaia Goods. By accessing or using our website (https://gaiagoods.org/) and marketplace, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Vendor Participation

• Vendors must submit accurate business, product, and compliance information via the Vendor Onboarding Form
• Participation is subject to approval based on Gaia Goods’ Vendor Qualification Checklist and mission alignment (sustainability, wellness, and ethical commerce).
• Vendors agree to comply with the Vendor Affiliate Program Agreement

2. Product Listings and Standards

• Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images
• All products must be authentic, safe, cruelty-free (if applicable), and align with ethical sourcing and eco-conscious standards
• Gaia Goods reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings at its discretion.

3. Sales, Fees, and Payouts

• Gaia Goods retains a negotiated platform fee on net sales revenue
• Payouts are made monthly via PayPal or direct deposit within 30 days of month-end.
• Vendors are responsible for accurate banking and tax information; Gaia Goods is not liable for misdirected payments.

4. Shipping and Returns

• Vendors must ship orders within 3–5 business days and provide tracking
• Customers may return products within 30 days, subject to condition and vendor policy. Vendors must process refunds within 5 business days.
• Vendors must replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items at no cost to the customer.

5. Customer Service

• Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within 24–48 hours.
• Gaia Goods may intervene in disputes if vendors fail to respond adequately.

6. Confidentiality

• Vendors must maintain confidentiality of financial, customer, and business information in accordance with the Mutual NDA

7. Intellectual Property

• Vendors retain rights to their product content but grant Gaia Goods a non-exclusive license to use listings for promotional purposes
• Gaia Goods’ trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation with 30 days’ notice.
• Gaia Goods may suspend vendors immediately for violations of quality, ethics, or policy compliance.

9. Attestation

   As a hemp/herb related Emporium/Marketplace, Gaia Goods certifies the businesses on this site:

   • Registered or licensed in accordance with all applicable state and or federal laws.
   • Does not market and or sell hemp/herb products that make claims to prevent, diagnose, mitigate, treat or cure a disease.
   • Does not possess, manufacture or sell synthetically derived THC products that are produced from non-cannabis materials. All products contain 0.3% THC or less.
   • Adheres to all state and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale transfer forwarding and shipping of hemp related products including THC isomers derived from hemp CBD (e.g. delta 8).
   • Does not sell or ship smokable hemp products to a state where such is prohibited.
   • Is in compliance with the Preventable All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) act amended on March 27th, 2021, and does not ship vaping products to consumers through USPS.
   • Will cooperate with any bank inquiries and supply supporting documentation in a timely manner understands Gaia Goods is required to do our due diligence for each personal and or business entity.
